At Stella Psychologists, we offer a range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients and patients:

EMPLOYEE HEALTH AND WELLNESS PROGRAMMES

We believe that a healthy workforce is the backbone of our success. Our Employee Health and Wellness Programmes are designed to support the well-being of our staff, ensuring they are happy, healthy, and productive both in and out of the workplace.

Child Psychotherapy

We specialize in helping children and adolescents navigate through emotional, behavioural, and developmental challenges. Our child psychotherapy services aim to provide a safe and nurturing environment where young individuals can explore their feelings, build coping skills, and enhance their overall well-being.

Individual Psychotherapy

Our individual therapy sessions are designed to address a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. Through a collaborative and client-cantered approach, we work with individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, and develop effective strategies for personal growth and healing.

Couple's Psychotherapy

Relationships can sometimes face challenges that require professional intervention. Our couple’s therapy services focus on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening the emotional bond between partners. Whether you’re facing marital difficulties, navigating through a transition, or seeking premarital counselling, our experienced therapists are here to help.

Medico-Legal Services

In addition to clinical interventions, we also offer medico-legal services to provide expert psychological assessments and evaluations for legal purposes. Whether it’s conducting forensic evaluations, providing expert testimony, or offering consultations for legal cases, our team of qualified psychologists ensures thorough and unbiased assessments to support the legal process.

Group therapy

It is a form of psychotherapy where a small group of individuals (in workplaces and other areas), typically led by one or more trained therapists, comes together to explore and address common issues, learn coping skills, and support each other in a safe and confidential environment. It provides an opportunity for participants to connect with others who may be facing similar challenges, reducing feelings of isolation and stigma.

Nutrition Program

Providing healthy food options in cafeterias or vending machines, offering nutrition counselling, or organizing cooking demonstrations and workshops.

Legal and ethical reasons require parents to sign an informed consent and provide information about the child. It is thus required that the parent/s, attends the first session.

Overall, involving parents in the psychological assessment and treatment of children is crucial for promoting the child’s well-being, fostering family support, and achieving positive outcomes in therapy.
